Volpi develops and produces highly efficient optoelectronic modules for fluorescence analysis of in-vitro diagnostics. The stable reproduction of high signal efficiency is guaranteed by optimized optical systems that guide the light properly inside the products and the corresponding quality testing devices. Our longstanding experience in LED technology and close cooperation with notable LED manufacturers enables the realization of innovative and optimally adjusted lighting systems.

In blood analysis machines, light guides developed by Volpi especially for this application are used. A detector measures the interaction of light with the blood sample. In this way vital parameters or viruses can be determined.
